Booked a room with a hot tub. The food was great and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. I found the hotel's location great, near the zoo and Knoxville and restaurants and gas stations. The employees were very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating. Econo Lodge Inn & Suites East in Knoxville offers a variety of dishes in their menu, making the food great for guests to enjoy. Brandon was a wonderful help when I checked in. He was so helpful and had answers for my questions.

Cindy took care of us on check in. Helped us locate shopping area we needed, and bent over backwards to make us feel like we were the most important people alive while there. Big asset for you.

Had a great time during my stay here, it was super cozy! The price was just right for what you get - a no-frills but good quality spot to crash 🌟 The staff was top-notch, super helpful and really nice.

Building is dilapidated, stairs are crumbling, room had a lingering odor of marijuana(?).

Overall it was a good stay.. Waffle House right next door..Staff was nice..

NON SMOKERS HERE!!!!! My sons got stuck in a smoking room the first night,(we checked in at 3am) ..was told no non-smoking rooms left...it smelled like an ash tray..That morning at 8 am-ish we asked for a non-smoking room, an after breakfast they were in a new room...

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. The location is marvelous, with restaurants nearby. The rooms are huge and come with a shower and bath sheets. Quick check-in process and on-site parking available. Late check-out offered.

at first we were given a room occupied by others. I was charged instead of credited a senior discount A/C leaked on carpet; pool was dirty/unusable

The rooms are well-appointed, spotless, and come with a spa tub. The service is good and accommodating. The setting is comfy and favorable, close to Knoxville and Pigeon Forge area. If you stay in the East Knoxville district, you won't be disappointed.
